A cake for Coke.

This cake was made for my favorite drink company. :) Coca Cola's headquarters is here in Atlanta and today one of the departments is celebrating an employee's 35 years with the company.

I was super excited to do this cake b/c Coke is such a big name here in the south. If you're from Atlanta you know we don't say "soda" or "pop"....all carbonated beverages are "Cokes"....we say "You want a Coke? I've got Sprite, Coke, Root Beer, Diet Coke...." .

Coke is a big name so I feel honored to make a cake for such a special celebration. Happy 35 years with Coke Al!!

I had to consume about 5 Diet Cokes throughout the making of this cake...its the logo, it just kept speaking to me...drink me nowwww. ;)

It's my all time favorite drink (I'm drinking one right now) Too bad your not here to make this cake for my birthday! Thanks for the inspiration!

  2. I love the Coke design!! The bottle top ridges look so realistic that I want to twist the top right off!! There is also something so special about the old glass bottles...doesn't the coke just taste so much better???
