First off, let me start off by saying THIS IS NOT MY ANNOUNCEMENT!!!! lol (not that there's anything wrong with having babies...I'm just done having mine!) ;)
A client of mine recently contacted me with some BIG news! She and her husband just found out they are having their first baby! ;)) Their whole family is in LOVE with cake balls and they thought it would be a great way to announce their big news to the family using their favorite treat! :) What a fun opportunity for me! Of course I was all over it, no matter how busy my schedule is I can always fit in some time for cake balls and babies! :))
I used stamps (minus the ink) and fondant disks to spell out the message (attaching the disks with a little dab of frosting). I can just imagine what her sweet mama did when she opened this box of cake balls!!!! ;))
Congrats to the special couple and their wonderful family! Best of luck as you enter the most wonderful, exciting stage of your lives!!!! ahhhh, children make the world go round don't they!?!?
