Sweet and Pink

 I LOVE how this sweet little 2 tier pink ombre buttercream rose cake turned out.  Its actually a mini two tier (4 inch top, 7 inch bottom), the perfect size for someone who wants a two tier, but doesn't need all that cake.  Normally I would have topped it off with a fondant bow, but hey...if your budget is tight then a fabric bow is the next best thing! ;))

  1. Omg! I am a long time baker new decorator and those roses are absolutely gorgeous! I am having the hardest time getting my roses so defined. An using three shades of pink?! Absolutely stunning...it's stunning simplified. Please tell me there's a tutorial for those roses.

  2. The cake is just adorable!! I have 7 daughters and remember doing all those fun type cakes for them. You are doing a GREAT job!! And I know your little daughters love everything you make.! I now have 35 grandchildren and we do ALOT of tea parties at our house now. And its so much FUN. I can see I can get some great inspiration here on your blog!!! N.
